We also provide a platform where individuals and corporate organisations can help the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and children of the Inner City Mission (ICM) by purchasing much-needed food items for them. We deliver these items directly to them at no additional cost to you. We have put several steps in place to ensure we are accountable to the benefactors and that all the food items you purchased are distributed to the intended recipients.
We can boldly guarantee garden-fresh foodstuff and food items at premium quality at the same or even better prices compared to your local market. Our delivery system is also top-notch to guarantee that we satisfy you all round and keep you stress-free.
We ensure that the product delivered to you are fresh and of premium quality because we know that if we satisfy you the first time you will definitely want to come back and shop with us at foodvend.ng.
Incorrect or damaged items delivered to you can be returned, if the error or damage is caused by us. We will gladly replace such items at no extra cost to you. For such items to be returned and replaced, the customer will need to notify our delivery agent of his observation at the point of delivery. We will be unable to approve a return/ replacement once a customer has taken delivery of his order and signed to confirm this, as we consider it that he has taken ownership of the delivery
All orders received any day from Monday to Friday will be delivered the next day, orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Payments can be made through our payment platform, flutterwave at the point of checking out. You can also make direct bank transfers to our bank account numbers provided on the check-out page.
We do not accept payment on delivery. Payment needs to be made before orders are processed.
